‘Straffe Hendrik’, brewed in the same brewery as ‘Brugse Zot’, its name refers to the taste, which is definitely ‘straf’ (strong), but also pays homage to the generations of Henri’s – Hendrik in Flemish– in the Maes family who ran the brewery.
